Dr. Joe Wallace grew up in Tabb, VA and knew he wanted to return to live and work in "the county". He graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, Va. He opened Magruder Tabb Animal Clinic in 1989. Dr. Joe is married for 25 years and has 3 children, two dogs, two birds, two hedgehogs, one hamster and a snake.
Lisa, a life-long resident of the Tidewater area, has always wanted to work with animals. Lisa attained her AAS degree in Animal Science from Blue Ridge Community College in 1981. She has been working in the field since that time.
Linda Burnette- Office manager- Linda has been a dedicated team member since 1995. She has two grown sons and lives in Newport News with her husband, their cat Sophia, and their dog Tori, who was adopted from Animal Aid Society 15 years ago. She enjoys crossword puzzles, reading and spending time with her family.
